• Fire Rated LED Downlight for residential applications, supplied complete with a high performance dimmable 2800K (warm white) GU10 LED lamp, optimised for use with Deta dimmers
• IP65 rating for total protection against dust and low pressure jets of water
• Fire resistance tested and approved for 30 minutes in multiple engineered I-joist and metal web joist floor constructions (Part B of Building Regulations)
• Gasket prevents air movement through fitting (BS 5250 Control of Condensation) and reduces passage of sound (Part E of Building Regulations)
• Integrated terminal housing allows insulation to be laid directly over the top of the fitting
• Patented spring loaded GU10 lamp holder allows for easy lamp replacement and accommodates LED lamps of varying heights
• Mounting springs suitable for single and double thickness plaster board
• 3-way loop-in/loop-out screwless terminal block for easy termination of T&E cables
